Renting Procedure

Unfortunately, we cannot rent any properties over the phone or through the mail. We want you to view the properties personally to assure satisfaction.

We charge a $20.00 application fee after you have decided on a rental home. The deposit is the same as the rental amount and we have six months to one year leases depending on the property. Please call us for more information at 252-447-0222 for our viewing times.
